RoomSketcher was founded in 2007 as a spin-off from a company that creates state-of-the-art 3D visualizations for the sub-sea oil industry. The same technology that is used to visualize large oil rigs below water was applied to visualize the interior of homes and properties. The vision, which we stay true to to this day, was that everyone should be able to visualize their home, online.

Our innovation lies in our unique One Source platform. Once the floor plan is in our system, all of our premium output possibilities are instantly at your fingertips. Create professional 2D and 3D Floor Plans, and visualize with Live 3D, 3D Photos and 360 Views.

RoomSketcher is privately held and is backed by Argentum and the holding company Torrey Pines AS. The founders and myself are all veterans of the software and 3D visualization industry.
